Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

  • Standard Products: You may request a return/refund within 30 days of delivery. The item must be:
    1. Unused, in original condition (no gel residue, creases, or damage).
    2. Packaged in its original protective materials (e.g., foam sleeves, shrink wrap).
  • Custom Orders: Personalized/custom gel plates (e.g., pre-printed designs, specific sizes) are non-refundable unless defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email [email protected] with:
    • Order number.
    • Photos/video of the product (required for damage claims).
  2. If approved, we’ll provide a return address and instructions.
    • Note:Unauthorized returns (without prior approval) will not be accepted.

3. Refunds

  • Approved Returns: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
  • Partial Refunds: Deductions may apply if:
  • The product shows signs of use (e.g., gel stains, bent corners).
  • Original packaging is missing.
    • Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item:

  1. Return the original product following the steps above.
  2. Place a new order once your refund is processed.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund (including return shipping).
  • Exclusions:Damage caused by improper handling (e.g., dropping, exposure to moisture) is not covered.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom/personalized gel plates.
  • Opened gel medium bottles or consumables (e.g., texture tools sold separately).

7. Shipping Returns

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • Use a trackable service (e.g., USPS, FedEx) and retain the receipt until your refund is processed. We are not liable for lost return packages.
